Sublimation uses heat to permanently bond the design into compatible performance fabric. The artwork becomes part of the garment rather than sitting on top of it. After the design is printed, the fabric is cut and sewn into the final uniform pieces.
Yes. Individual player names and numbers can be incorporated into the uniform artwork. We will provide a roster process and confirm the details before production.
The design does not crack or peel because it is bonded into the fabric. Normal garment wear and care still apply, but there is no raised print layer to separate from the jersey.
Begin as early as practical. Sublimated uniforms require design, roster approval, sizing and then 5 to 10 days of production time. Share your season date when requesting a quote so we can confirm a realistic timeline.
